HEAD OF SUPPORT SERVICES, McMillan Memorial Library, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Progressive public library serving 40,000 people in scenic Central Wisconsin seeks librarian to manage and perform a broad range of public services. Wisconsin Rapids: Great schools, excellent health care, and low housing costs. McMillan Library: 45,000-square-foot building including 232-seat auditorium. $2,500,000 endowment. National leader in library programming, hosting Smithsonian traveling exhibitions, and online local history resources. Member of South Central Library System sharing automation system based in Madison. Responsibilities: Supervise 7 FTE Support Services Department primarily responsible for circulation services; provide information and research services for adults; and support Assistant Director in managing library computer resources. Qualifications: A.L.A.-accredited M.L.S., strong supervisory background, high level of computer expertise, and excellent communications skills.
