    Technical Trainer – Specialist The MOBIUS Consortium Office, a unit of the Information Technology Division of the University of Missouri, located in Columbia, MO, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Technical Trainer—Specialist. The MOBIUS Consortium Office supports the libraries of 58 public and private institutions of higher education in Missouri. The Technical Trainer develops and delivers technical training and provides technical support for the member institutions. The Technical Trainer also assists new members in the migration from current systems to eleven shared, centrally managed, Innovative Interfaces INNOPAC systems contributing to an INN-Reach union catalog. Desired qualifications: A Master’s degree from an ALA-accredited library school or an equivalent combination of education and experience; one or more years of library related experience and familiarity with library operations and standards; Knowledge and familiarity with integrated library automation systems; INNOPAC and INN-Reach system experience highly desirable; Excellent oral and written communication skills and public speaking and presentation skills; Experience designing, developing and delivering technical training; ability and willingness to travel.
